Privacy Policy

What you type. Your name and email when you request the free library or fill in the Start Here form, plus anything you write in those fields.

What you buy. When you purchase, Stripe collects your payment details and billing information. Stripe processes the card — we never see or store your card number. We keep the order record: what you bought, the amount, and your email so we can send your files.

How you got here. Standard analytics and advertising data — pages viewed, device and browser, and the ad or link you arrived from.

We run the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads) and the TikTok Pixel. They set cookies and report actions like viewing a page, requesting the free library, or completing a purchase, so we can measure which ads work and show ads to people like you.

When you buy, we also send Meta and TikTok a securely hashed version of your email so the sale can be matched to an ad. Hashing is one-way — they cannot read your address from it.

You can opt out of this kind of ad targeting in Meta’s Accounts Centre → Ad preferences, in TikTok under Settings → Privacy → Ads, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site still works either way.

To deliver what you asked for (your free files or your purchase), to send you the follow-up emails you opted into, to answer you when you write in, to measure and improve our ads and this site, and to keep the forms free of spam and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your email with another brand or list.

Only the services that make the business run: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement, as described above). Each gets only what it needs to do its job. We also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

If you request the free library you are opting in to a short welcome sequence and occasional offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and it takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the emails that deliver something you bought.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. If you are in California, that includes the CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising — and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the UK or EU, that includes your UK GDPR / GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, whichever comes first.

This is a business for adults. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on our list.
