Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. The moment you check out, the files are released to you and by completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation you would otherwise have for digital content.

But if it is broken, we fix it or refund it. See below — that part is not negotiable either.

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right if:

— your files never arrived, or the download link does not work and we cannot get a working one to you;
— the file is corrupted, unreadable, or not the product described on the page;
— you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.

Our first move is always to just send you the working files. If we cannot, you get your money back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

— You changed your mind, or bought it and did not use it.
— You already had the information, or expected different information. Every product page lists what is inside before you buy, and the free library lets you read real pages of our work first, at no cost, so you know exactly what our documents are like.
— You did not get the business result you hoped for. We give you vetted vendors, templates and playbooks — we cannot guarantee what you do with them.

Our vendor lists are link-checked on the date printed inside each document. Suppliers are independent third parties: they go out of business, change terms, or stop answering, and that is outside our control. We are not a party to anything you agree with a supplier, and a dead link on a supplier’s end is not a defective product.

What we do instead: when enough links rot, we re-verify the list and send the updated edition to existing buyers free. Tell us about a dead link and it goes into the next pass.

Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We answer fast and we would much rather solve it directly — a chargeback on a delivered digital file takes months and helps neither of us.
