Digital products — PDF guides, vendor lists, templates and playbooks — delivered as instant downloads. Nothing physical ships. You need a device that can open a PDF.

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business. You may use what you learn commercially — that is the point.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, bundle, or give away the files themselves, and you may not claim our documents as your own product. One purchase is for one person. We do go after redistribution.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout through Stripe. Any discount code is valid only for the period and products stated. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price you paid.

Digital products are final sale, with real exceptions for files that are broken, missing or misdescribed. The full detail is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We sell information and tools, not outcomes. Nothing here is a promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. What you make depends on your work, your market and your decisions. Anything we publish about results — ours or a customer’s — is an example, not a typical result and not a guarantee.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. For those, use a licensed professional.

Our vendor lists point to independent third-party businesses. We do not own, control, endorse or guarantee any of them, we earn nothing from them, and we are not part of any deal you strike with one. Vet every supplier yourself — the vetting protocol in The Vendor Vault is free and exists for exactly that.

Do not attack, scrape, overload or attempt to break into the site, do not submit other people’s personal information, and do not use our forms to send spam. We can suspend access for any of these.

The products and site are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Boss Up Babe Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from a third-party supplier. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
